What we process, and why

Orders in the webshop. When you place an order we process your name, address, email, phone number and details of your purchase. We use this to deliver what you bought, and the legal basis is the performance of our contract with you (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Order records are kept for 5 full financial years as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act, then deleted.

Payment. Payments are handled by our payment provider QuickPay and your card acquirer. We never see or store your card number.

Delivery. To ship your order we share your name, address, email and phone number with our shipping platform Shipmondo and the carrier delivering your parcel (GLS, PostNord or DHL). For deliveries outside the EU, address details also appear on customs documents as required by law.

Enquiries. If you write to us through the contact form or by email, we process the information you send in order to answer you (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)). Enquiries are deleted when no longer needed.

Newsletter (when launched). If you sign up, we use your email address to send you news from the studio, based on your consent (art. 6(1)(a)). Every mailing contains an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Statistics and marketing (when activated). With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) tools to show you relevant content. See the Cookie Policy for details and for how to withdraw consent. Google and Meta may transfer data to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Security. Our website logs IP addresses to protect against attacks and abuse (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)).

Who we share data with

Data processors working on our behalf: our hosting provider (PerfGrid), our e-mail delivery service, Shipmondo (shipping), and, with your consent, Google and Meta as described above. Independent controllers: QuickPay/your card acquirer, and the carrier delivering your parcel. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to our processing, and a copy of your data in a portable format. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to mail@larsvejen.dk.
