The form is geometrically simple with both a raw masculine and elegant feminine expression, emphasized by the rustic material and soft edge at the top of the lamp. Manufactured using raw, recyclable aluminum spun by hand in Denmark after traditional craft methods. Using this traditional handcraft techniques means that every CALDERA lamp is unique and with natural traces of the tools used in the metal spinning process. The lampshade rests on a star-shaped suspension with an integrated LED light source and is easily unhooked by tipping the suspension for convenient cleaning.
