Guest designer at RONG design library, Hangzhou, China

RONG DESIGN LIBRARY is located in the beautiful contryside amongst rice fields and mountains outside Hangzhou (Yuhang village) and founded to research and collect knowledge about the traditional crafts of China. Lars Vejen was invited as guest designer in a one month stay to design and develop new designs based on collaborations with local craftsmen and to use design to help keep traditional crafts alive and living.
